Purpose
The Intervention Supervisor works under the supervision and direction of the Intervention Coordinator. The Intervention Supervisor supports and supervises School-Based programming and DPH Program Amp. This position will supervise staff and be responsible for day-to-day programmatic oversight and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist CES Leadership with management of funder requirements, program design, implementation and evaluation of designated programs
- Maintain working relationships between project partners, community organizations, school partners, referral sources, LUK programs, and funders
- Interview, train, mentor, and supervise staff
- Work with CES Leadership and staff to complete required reports, evaluations, and assessments
- Provide oversight and support of CES files in LUK’s electronic health record system
- Assist with program development and grant writing (as needed)
- Collaborate and offer consultation with participating schools, social service agencies, police and court personnel (as needed)
- Build capacity of school partners, community organizations and staff to support at-risk youth
- Participate in meetings/activities within the program and community as required
- Participate in emergency services on-call rotation
- Acquiring a deep understanding and commitment to LUK’s Mission, Vision and Values and programming
- Other duties as assigned
