Purpose:

The Contracted Services Clinical Supervisor for BHS will provide clinical supervision, clinical oversight, and support for staff providing direct care services, provide direct services to clients and families, and participate in team meetings. The Clinical supervisor will work closely with the Administrative Manager and act as liaison between the division and funders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with administrative oversight of contracted services
  • Act as a liaison between the division and funders, facilitate meetings with funders
  • Participate in program and budget development and monitoring
  • Make recommendations regarding hiring/firing of employees
  • Facilitate staff meetings and trainings
  • Provide Clinical and Administrative Supervision and Support
  • Represent the agency and division at external meetings
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms to promote client and community involvement
  • Assist with data collection and reporting
  • Attend division and team meetings as well as trainings as scheduled
  • Provide direct service interventions for youth and families during team meetings as applicable
  • Provide outreach interventions with caregivers to support them in strengthening their parenting skills
  • Provide crisis management and intervention as appropriate
  • Gain an understanding and commitment to LUK’s Mission, Vision, and Values and provide congruent services
  • Balance the need to achieve programs outcome with solid fiscal management
  • Participate in LUK’s Emergency Services on-call team

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in supervision, administration, budgeting, and personnel management is preferred
  • Licensure is preferred or must be on an independent licensure track
  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
