The Pepperell Department of Public Works – Highway Division seeks a full-time Highway Superintendent. The Supt is responsible for planning, directing, and managing Highway Department, Parks & Cemeteries, and Transfer Station operations. The Highway Superintendent also functions as the Tree Warden. Experience with MassDOT / Chapter 90 and the EPA NPDES/MS4 permit program is essential. Qualifications and experience:
- 7-10 years of public works experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Massachusetts Class D drivers license & Hoisting/Hydraulics license Class 2B req’d; Class B CDL desired.
Full range: $74,144 - $102,959 plus a comprehensive benefit package.
