Hours: 12 am-10:30 am
10-hour shift, 4-day work week.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
The lead sanitation technician assists the sanitation manager in leading the team and covering for the manager's absence. Responsibilities include cleaning areas of the building and grounds. This position ensures all cleaning follows SQF/Food Safety and HACCP guidelines throughout the process.
