Director of Sales, Integrated Security and Fire Alarm Systems

This is a rare opportunity for a sales leader to accelerate their career with American Alarm and Communications.

Our current director of sales is retiring after a long and successful run, creating an opportunity for a strategic-minded sales leader to advance their career in our dynamic, growth-oriented organization.

You will start with a successful sales team, spread across seven locations in New England. You will lead, develop, and expand the team by hiring smart and savvy salespeople to meet our aggressive growth plans. 

As a member of senior leadership reporting directly to the president, you will work collaboratively with installation, product development, marketing, and administrative groups to develop and achieve company goals. 

Experience sought:  We would love it if you had experience in the security or life safety systems industry, but it’s not required. We are looking for the best talent available and someone with years of demonstrable success leading a sales team, defining, and achieving sales goals. If you have not been exposed to the security or life safety industry previously but you are the right fit for this position, we are confident that you will learn quickly from our extensive technical team.

Compensation: Our base salary range is commensurate with experience, a company vehicle, plus incentive bonus, and profit sharing. We provide a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage; 401k plan with employer matching contributions; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); life insurance, supplemental life, and AD&D insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; paid vacation, personal and holiday time.
