    As a proactive and tech-savvy Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. In this vital role, you’ll ensure our teams stay connected, productive, and confident in the tools they use every day. You’ll serve as a trusted resource — troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to technical inquiries, and supporting both remote and on-site employees with patience, clarity and efficiency. You’ll also work with a collaborative IT team, support colleagues across departments, and make a real impact by helping people do their best work.
