Step into a role where your expertise keeps the gears turning and propels us forward. As a Maintenance Technician at Catania Oils, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring our production equipment and facility are always in peak condition. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy the satisfaction of a well-maintained operation, we're looking for you.

Your Impact:

  • Equipment Champion: Take charge of repairing and performing preventive maintenance on our lifeblood: the production and facility equipment.
  • Problem Solver: Utilize your deep understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and repair with precision.
  • Record Keeper: Log all maintenance activities diligently, ensuring a clear history of actions and outcomes.
  • Team Collaborator: Work seamlessly with the team through our e-maintenance system, efficiently tackling maintenance requests.
  • Inventory Steward: Assist in managing our equipment component inventory with the Maintenance Manager, ensuring we're always prepared.
  • Communication Hub: Be the go-to person for repair updates, ensuring the Maintenance Manager and team are always in the loop.
  • Safety and Quality Advocate: Perform all tasks with an unwavering commitment to safety, efficiency, and waste reduction, all while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Skills We Value:

  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, especially with Allen Bradley systems.
  • A knack for diagnosing and fixing electrical circuits.
  • An independent, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work well in team settings.
  • Welding prowess (Stick, Mig, and Tig) is a big plus.

Who You Are:

  • A high school graduate with a degree or certification in a technical trades/maintenance-related field.
  • Someone ready to bend, stand, climb, and sometimes crawl to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Comfortable working in a plant environment, where temperatures can vary, and tasks can take you indoors and out.

Tools of the Trade: Your tool kit will include an array of hand and power tools, from drills and saws to welders and torches, as well as automated equipment like palletizers and conveyors. You'll have everything you need to tackle challenges head-on.
