She is currently a senior consultant with DBD Group and focuses on strategic planning, board governance, executive coaching, and organizational culture and team development. She previously worked in operations for ten years for The Granite YMCA in southern New Hampshire, most recently as COO. Kellie is a certified executive coach and serves on multiple non-profit boards.
