Did you know that documentation in the employment relationship starts before you even hire someone?
It starts with ads, the application, then the hire, then handbooks, then
discipline and evaluation.
That’s a lot of documenting!
Join us on Tuesday May 17th as Attorney Christopher Campbell covers the documentation process which will include the two new MA changes (CORI and personnel records).
Chris presents the issues in clear and comprehensible language. He engages participants using an interactive style, focusing on practical solutions for employers to minimize the risk of litigation with
employees.
Christopher J. Campbell is Of Counsel in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Since joining the firm in 1996, Mr. Campbell has worked closely with New England area employers, counseling them on compliance with state and federal discrimination laws and other employment laws. In addition to preventative work, he regularly represents employers in claims brought in Massachusetts state and federal trial courts and before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination, the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and the U.S. Department of Labor.
