Rollstone Bank & Trust is pleased to welcome Marcio Cirino as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator, based at the bank’s Leominster office. A 15-year veteran of Rollstone Bank & Trust, Marcio brings 13 years of residential lending experience to this role, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Central Massachusetts.
In his position, Marcio originates residential mortgage loans for individuals and families throughout the Central Massachusetts region, guiding customers from initial application through closing while ensuring a smooth and informed experience at every step. Drawing on his deep familiarity with the local market, he is well-positioned to guide clients through the full range of residential mortgage products that Rollstone Bank & Trust offers.

Marcio also analyzes borrower financials, structures loans within the bank's product guidelines, and coordinates across processors, underwriters, appraisers, and closing attorneys to manage an active lending pipeline. An important dimension of the role involves cultivating relationships with local real estate professionals and community referral sources, bringing Rollstone Bank & Trust's residential lending expertise to more homebuyers across the markets the bank serves.

Marcio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. He resides in Leominster, MA.
