MassDevelopment is seeking qualified developers to respond to newly issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the disposition and development of multiple residentially zoned sites in Devens, totaling approximately 69.3 acres.
Available Development Opportunities Include:
Adams Circle – approximately 6.6 acres
Located in a growing residential neighborhood within walking distance of the Devens commercial center and nearby amenities.
Grant Road – approximately 62.7 acres
An opportunity to expand one of the largest established residential neighborhoods in Devens.
The RFPs encourage a diverse mix of housing types, including single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and multifamily buildings. Proposals that offer a range of housing sizes and price points are preferred and may include rental and/or ownership models.
These sites present a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality housing in a well-planned, amenity-rich community with strong market fundamentals.
