Fidelity Bank appoints Joann Marsili to Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Digital Experience Officer

Marketing executive to focus on communications, brand management, digital delivery

Leominster, MassFidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Joann Marsili to Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Digital Experience Officer. In this role, she will oversee the marketing and digital transformation strategy for the bank with a focus on corporate communication, marketing intelligence, brand management, digital delivery, and product development.
 
Since 2003, Joann has worked at Fidelity Bank in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer where she led digital sales initiatives and implemented targeted strategies for acquisition, growth, and retention.

Marsili earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication/Broadcasting from Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration at Wilkes University. She is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional and has presented on various marketing topics in the financial industry for a number of conferences around the country. She also is an Instructor for the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and the Pennsylvania Bankers School of Banking.
 
A resident of Archbald, Pennsylvania, she serves on the board of directors for the Meals on Wheels program, the Lackawanna County Commission for Women, and on the advisory board and marketing steering committee for The University of Scranton.
 
She will continue to reside in Pennsylvania with frequent trips to Leominster in her new role.
