Fidelity Bank appoints 12 colleagues to new roles at locations across its service area

Fidelity Bank promotes from within to drive LifeDesign approach, provide clients with continued outstanding service

(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of 12 colleagues to new roles at eight locations across its service area, effective immediately.

Ashburnham
Veronica Meneses, Vice President, Community Banking Project Manager
Veronica will design, scope, document, organize, and communicate details of community banking initiatives and projects both within community banking and to other departments within the bank.
 
Clinton
William Spencer, Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager
Bill will be responsible for generating and maintaining a portfolio of business aligned with the bank’s policies and procedures for asset quality and portfolio growth, as well as utilize the LifeDesign approach with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify opportunities to provide the most appropriate products and services to meet client needs.
 
Fitchburg
Linda Carmichael, Senior Vice President, Operations
Linda will develop, manage, and direct all aspects of deposit operations, including the execution of innovative approaches, creative solutions, and process improvements across deposit operations to set the bank apart in the marketplace.
 
Terrence O’Kane, Human Resources Manager
Terrence will be responsible for payroll, benefits, compensation administration and recruitment, as well as driving strategic initiatives.
 
Lancaster
Wanda Walsh, Vice President, Collections Manager
Wanda will initiate collection efforts in compliance with bank and regulatory collection policies and procedures, as well as oversee all collection activities working in concert with Fidelity Bank’s legal counsel.
 
Leominster
Emily Daugherty, Marketing Specialist
Emily will be responsible for supporting the bank’s overall marketing efforts, including the coordination, planning, creation, and execution of all related marketing initiatives.
 
Brett Finnell, Cash Management Representative
Brett will be responsible for assisting with Cash Management client inquiries and implementation, as well as providing training and ongoing support of all cash management products and services, including remote deposit, Bill Pay and other services.
 
Amanda Prokowiew, Systems Analyst
Amanda will be responsible for providing technical support and excellent customer service to end users while also supporting operating systems, including application deployment, across the bank’s IT systems.
 
Joseph Canedo, Data Analyst II
Joe will utilize data to share outcomes and learning opportunities related to key business objectives while also identifying key performance indicators to deliver information systems updates for the bank’s internal customers.
 
Rutland
Brittany Roberge, Fraud Specialist
Brittany will work with clients to identify disputes on their accounts and proactively contact clients when alerts for online banking anomalies are received. Additionally, Brittany will identify and cease Mobile Deposit Capture (RDC) fraud while working with clients whose online banking credentials have been compromised, protecting clients from fraudulent activity.
 
Winchendon
Amanda Mackenzie, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst II
Amanda will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program.
 
Worcester
Michael Richard, Vice President, Banking Center & Business Development Manager
Michael will continue to embrace the LifeDesign approach philosophy and actively pursue opportunities to assist clients through LifeDesign sessions to build and expand client relationships.
