Andrew Burgoyne new Fidelity Bank Millbury banking center leader

(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced that Andrew Burgoyne joins the organization as Banking Center Manager for the Millbury location. In this role, Burgoyne is responsible for managing all aspects of the banking center’s operations, including developing and executing business action plans to grow branch performance, continuously enhancing the customer experience, and capturing new business.
 
Burgoyne brings to the role 14 years of progressive management experience in the retail, banking, and business networking industries, most recently as Vice President, Store Manager for two TD Bank branch locations in Worcester.

A former resident of Millbury for 10 years, and now residing in Northbridge, Burgoyne earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Foisie School of Business. A proud father of twins (a boy and girl), Burgoyne enjoys playing basketball, reading, and attending networking events. He is also the Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Worcester, and an officer in the Olive Branch Lodge of the Freemasons, located in Douglas.
