Sasseville brings expertise to help the Paxton community meet their goals through Fidelity Bank’s LifeDesign approach

(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Tracy J. Sasseville to Vice President, Banking Center Manager, for the Paxton banking center. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the operations at the banking center, supporting local businesses with financial tools and resources, and responsible for connecting with community organizations to improve the quality of life in the local community.
 
With more than 20 years of experience in operations management, Sasseville comes to Fidelity Bank from GFA Federal Credit Union, where she served as Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager. Prior to GFA Federal Credit Union, she worked at Marlborough Savings Bank as Senior Branch Manager.
 
“Tracy has years of experience leading banking centers,” said Sheila King-Goodwin, senior vice president, chief community banking officer, Fidelity Bank. “Her knowledge of our Paxton community, passion for supporting local businesses, and experience, will help clients get to where they want to be. She is the perfect leader to provide our LifeDesign approach to banking and work with our clients, colleagues and in the community.”


 
A resident of Rutland, Sasseville holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Framingham State University. She is certified in branch management, IRA training and deposit accounts from the Massachusetts Bankers Association, as well as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist from the Credit Union National Association, Inc.
 
She has served on the Town of Rutland Fourth of July Committee and the Town of Rutland Economic Development Commission. She is a past member of the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce and the W.O.M.E.N. 2Women Planning Committee. As a past member of the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, she served on the board of directors, the Chamber’s membership development committee, and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2010.
