Kendra Paskell appointed Vice President, Operations
Paskell to oversee all operational and transactional activities 
 
(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the appointment of Kendra Paskell to Vice President, Operations. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all operational and transactional activities within the Operations Department, including fraud controls, staff training and development, and related project implementation. 
 
With more than twenty years of banking experience, Paskell has worked in various roles in operations, retail branch management, mortgage origination, and mortgage servicing management. She came to Fidelity Bank in 2019 managing Loan Compliance and then joined the Operations team in 2021. 
 
A resident of Fitchburg for more than thirty years, Paskell has attended various compliance and operational conferences and trainings over the years and has volunteered with Catholic Charities. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and event planning.
