Habitat NCM will be rehabbing a building into a multi-family affordable home on
416 Great Road, Acton, MA. One unit will have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, be approximately 1,100 sq. feet in size and have a mortgage of approximately $247,000, the other 2 units will have 1 bedroom and 1 bath be approximately 700 sq. feet in size and have a mortgage of approximately $207,000.
You may be eligible to buy a Habitat house:
Are you currently living in inadequate or unsafe housing?
Do you have a steady income, but not enough to qualify for a standard mortgage?
(Example: Income for a family of 4 is approximately $49,620 to $99,240)
Do you pay your bills on time? Is your debt paid regularly?
Are you willing to work hard with Habitat volunteers to help build a home?
Less than perfect credit or lack of savings may not prevent qualification for a Habitat mortgage.
