Based in Harvard, Massachusetts, Root to Table offers Personal Chef services (in-home meal preparation and more!) in the Greater Merrimack Valley area. They specialize in custom menus for a range of diets, including vegetarian, low FODMAP, no salt/sodium, gluten-free and many more. Their goal is to provide holistic nutrition and wellness through food with community sourced and seasonal ingredients.
