About Us

I am a lifestyle transformation coach, which means I help my clients change the way they eat, balance their nutrition, work on mindset shifts, drink more water, and move more, and how they think about those things.
I am a guide and accountability partner, I meet them where they are by asking them questions in order to assist them to get to their goals. So each client is looked at individually to optimize their program. Habits of Health is a key part of this program. I can help people: lose weight with or without GLP-1's, nursing moms, people who want to feel healthier, and the list goes on
