HVAC Service Technician

About the Role
HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for handling service calls on sites throughout New England. This role ensures that all tasks are performed safely, promptly and cost-effectively.
Core Functions and Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls for office trailers, office buildings, and containers throughout New England.
- Perform heating and cooling service calls, which could be but are not limited to BARD and thru-wall cooling units.
- Deliver and repair temporary stairs desks, chairs, file cabinets, whiteboards, walls, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe, appropriate manner.
- Ensure the availability and proper condition of labor materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all parts and equipment.
- Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical assessments and troubleshooting.
- Accurately report daily service calls, including well-written descriptions of all completed work for backup billing.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant/ related type work
- Excellent driving record
- Pass DOT Med card
Physical Requirement:
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
- Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
- Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.
Certifications:
- OSHA 10
- HVAC certification is preferred
