Support the Transworld Business Advisor / Broker in market research, target outreach, and business development pipeline management. This is a remote, performance-based role with compensation tied to results, including successful lead generation that turns into listing calls, with additional compensation when those opportunities convert into signed listings.

I believe this role could be a good fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized, and interested in building hands-on experience in sales support, marketing strategy, and client engagement.

Qualifications and skills for success in this role include:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage professionally with clients
  • Interest in sales, marketing strategy, and business development
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
