Looking for a rewarding job with a great team, excellent benefits, and a consistent day-shift schedule? TaraVista is hiring a Nutritional Aide to join our Food Services team at our modern inpatient behavioral health hospital in Devens, MA.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or bringing experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare. As a Nutritional Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting patient care by helping prepare and serve nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

Working under the direction of the Food Service Director, you'll help ensure patients receive timely, nutritious meals while maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

• Assist with meal preparation, setup, and service for patients.

• Prepare snacks, sandwiches, salads, and other food items.

• Deliver meals and food carts to designated patient units.

• Stock unit pantries, nursing stations, and food and beverage areas.

• Maintain clean and organized kitchens, refrigerators, freezers, and work areas.

• Perform dishwashing and sanitation duties.

• Follow ServSafe food safety and hygiene procedures.

• Collaborate with the Food Service Director, cooks, and dietitian to support dietary requirements.

• Follow established hospital food service policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals.

• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards.

• High school education preferred.

• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time: 32 hours per week

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

• Weekend Rotation: Every other Saturday and Sunday

• Pay Range: $17.50–$19.27 per hour, based on relevant experience
