Project Manager
Westford, MA
On-Site position in Westford, MA

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary bonded projects, resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through close-out. The PM shall ensure that customer expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded.
Core Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Lead communication with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Manage project start-up, including reviewing general contract, contract documents, budget, and project milestones.
  • Review all subcontractor quotes for compliance with contract documents.
  • Utilize proper commitment type and negotiate terms and conditions to ensure highest level of risk mitigation to Triumph as possible.
  • Utilize Procore Management Platform to the greatest extent possible for all administrative functions both internally and externally.
  • Manage all project-specific submittals including project specifications, shop drawings, and engineered plans.
  • Manage all meetings, documents, and meeting minutes related to the projects.
  • Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll.
  • Produce thorough forecast of Cost-to-Complete to identify potential exposures.
  • Manage project closeout, including establishing the close-out plan early in the project.
  • Implement safety measures on all construction sites
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Modular experience not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management. This is nice to have, but not a must have.
  • PMP, CPMP, and/or Project Management Professional certifications a PLUS
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction industry.
  • Public sector, ground up experience required
  • Experience managing contracts, permits, change orders and RFI’s
  • Experience working with architects and engineers.
