Responsibilities: 

*Manage day to day operations of the Loan Servicing Department, to include scheduling and coordinating activities, monitoring production, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely service.

 *Act as owner of the Horizon System for loan related use. Work with FIS on system issues.  Keep a tracking list of issues reported to FIS for attention. Ensure integrity of core system data by performing periodic reviews to ensure duplication and erroneous information isn’t being captured on the system.

 *Oversees the efficient processing of Loan Servicing duties in areas of production, quality, and service delivery.

 *Provide leadership in the team’s effort to deliver outstanding customer service.

 *Ensure the staff is fully trained in current and new processing procedures as required. Defines and enhances workflow improvements.

 

 *Meet with internal customers and the staff periodically to ensure the department is meeting the needs of the customer.

 *Handle all customer credit reporting issues and changes.

 *Implement, review, and update operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, and internal compliance requirements. Conduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures achieve desired results.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

Five to seven years supervisory experience, preferably in lending support or operations management. Duties require PC skills, knowledge of MS Office tools, excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Equivalent to a college degree in a related field, with good managerial skills. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
