Fidelity Bank has an exciting opportunity for a Chief Commercial Banking Officer to join our team! This role will be charged with continuing to build the Bank’s well-diversified C&I, Commercial Real Estate, and Construction lending portfolios as well as deposit balances. This includes continuing to grow the Bank’s Commercial portfolio at an above-average rate while maintaining strong asset quality, increasing deposit balances, and increasing core earnings.
