We are looking for vendors!
Required documents: vendor agreement (this form), certificate of insurance, Nashoba Assoc Board of Health food permit, and Devens Fire Department inspection.

Please complete application completely. Approved vendors will be notified and an invoice for payment emailed. Payment along with additional documents will be required no later than May 10, 2025.

What you sell at the event must be preapproved. No signage will be allowed for items not approved.
Certificate of Insurance must be provided minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Coverage shall include: commercial general liability, including personal injury, product liability/operations coverage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. Automobile liability as applicable for owned, leased, hired, non-owned and employee non-owned vehicles in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit. Food vendors are required to get a food permit from the Nashoba Associated Board of Health (https://www.nashoba.org/applications). Provide a copy of your food permit from the Nashoba Assoc Board of Health. Must receive by 5/10/25.
Food vendors are required to receive inspection with the Devens Fire Department prior to the event. Contact Captain Whittier at 978-772-4600 to schedule. Must be completed by 5/10/25.
There is no access to electricity. You must bring own generator if needed. No BBQs/open flames. All vendors will need to bring their own tables/chairs/tent/etc. Booth locations will be assigned by event staff Vendor is responsible for booth setup and clean up. We are making an effort to not duplicate food items but understand there may be some overlap. What you sell must be preapproved.
By submitting this form, We, the vendor, agree to hold harmless the Nashoba Valley Chamber and its successors/assigns from and against any and all claims and liability pursuant to this application agreement. It is agreed that items/services for sale WILL NOT include dangerous or intoxicating substances. Nashoba Valley Chamber reserves the right to terminate agreement for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable.
