Enterprise Bank invites you to join us for our upcoming virtual Non-Profit Collaborative seminar, Using Data to Advance Equity in our Community During the Pandemic and Moving Forward.
In June of 2020, Lowell Community Health Center’s Board of Directors declared that racism is a public health crisis. As part of demonstrating its commitment to equity, inclusion, and combating racism, the health center produces a COVID-19 Vaccination Equity Report to drive outreach and education efforts. Through a partnership with the Greater Lowell Health Alliance and the health center, a group consisting of 30+ nonprofits, and community influencers are meeting weekly to assure equitable vaccine access, creating the #ThisIsMyWhy campaign and producing videos and materials translated into multiple languages to reach all sectors of our community
The COVID-19 pandemic has laid bare racial and ethnic health disparities that have always existed. It has also taught us a lot about how to better address them. Our diverse panel will delve into the COVID-19 vaccine response through utilizing local, regional, and state data and involving those most affected by the pandemic to create a roadmap for more equitable access to health care moving forward. Join us to talk about learning by the numbers:
- Gathering and interpreting COVID data through an equity lens
- Putting data into action
- Using data to change systems
- Vaccine rollout efforts in BIPOC (black, Indigenous and people of color) community

Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Hale, Chief Clinical Officer, Lowell Community Health Center
Elizabeth currently oversees Incident Command for the health center’s COVID-19 Pandemic response. Beth is a creative and innovative nursing leader with a career spanning acute and ambulatory settings in the Northeast including VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer for Elliot Hospital in Manchester NH, and then VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA. Beth received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of New Hampshire in 2019. |

Vanna Howard, Massachusetts State Representative
Representative Howard has been a public servant for almost 3 decades. She was elected to the MA House of Representatives for the 17th Middlesex District in 2020 and became the first woman of Khmer descent to be elected a state legislator in the U.S. For almost 12 years, she worked in the Office of Congresswoman Niki Tsongas and most recently as the Chief of External and Government Relations with Lowell Community Health Center. She is a survivor of the genocide in Cambodia, where both of her maternal grandparents, father, and three younger siblings died at the hands of the Khmer Rouge regime between 1975-1979. |

Brenda Rodriguez, Chief Strategy & Finance Officer, Lowell Community Health Center
In her role, Brenda drives organizational performance and sustainability initiatives, and seeks opportunities and partnerships that grow Lowell CHC’s market position and long-term fiscal health. As an equity-focused executive she leads efforts that inform and leverage the organization’s social justice mission. Brenda has broad experience in complex organizations that include publicly-traded, private equity backed, and global services. |

Dr. Hannah Tello, Community Health Data Manager, Greater Lowell Health Alliance
Prior to her current position, Hannah served as an Instructor of Record at the UMass Lowell in the psychology department and worked as a data consultant on community projects across the Commonwealth aimed at reducing health disparities and promoting equity. After completing her PhD in Applied Psychology and Prevention Science at UMass Lowell, Hannah has supported the effort of a range of community-based equity projects through the collection and application of evidence-based strategic action. |

Robert M. Lawlor, CFP®, CTFA®, AEP®
Senior Vice President, Sales & Relationship Development Manager, Enterprise Bank
Robert began working at Enterprise Bank and Trust Company as the Manager of New Business of the Investment Advisory Group, with a focus on investment, financial and estate planning for individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations. He's currently the Sales & Relationship Development Manager. Robert recently received the Bank’s highest reward for community involvement as a member of the Development Committee and Co-Chair for the Golf Committee for Lowell General Hospital, a Director for Girls Inc. of Greater Lowell, the Saint Vincent DePaul Society and has coached youth sports for the past 12 years. |
