What were the religious practices to celebrate the graduation of apprentices in the closed circle of icon painters?

Presenter Mihaela Leonida, Ph.D., is a Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a doctorate in chemical engineering, whose avocation is studying how science was applied to medieval artistic techniques.
