June 8: A Super Town Meeting will be held to vote on four relatively minor but important changes to the Devens Zoning By-Laws. One of the changes would allow for small-scale healthcare uses like doctors’ offices in the Shirley Village Growth I district to complement the propose senior housing and provide enhanced access to medical care.
