Small Group Training, not to be confused with Boot Camp or Group Exercise Classes.
Small Group Training is a group of people 2 – 10 covering all aspects of exercise to achieve results. The training is conducted by a qualified personal trainer that plans and executes the exercises based on the participants, sessions by session.
Monday and Wednesday nights 6:30 – 7:00 pm for eight sessions is only $99 for members $140 for non-members.
During these 8 sessions the trainer will focus on core, stability, and strength. Creating a strong core increases natural stability along with strengthening and toning all muscle groups.

Tuesday nights 5:30 – 6:30 pm for four sessions is only $99 for members and $140 for non-members.
During these 4 one hour sessions the trainer will focus on core, strength and high cardio segments. Creating a strong core, strengthening and toning all muscles but also designed to assist with heart health, breathing and endurance.
