NRWA Winter Wildlife Tracks and Signs: Beavers, Otters, Mink, and More
Two-part Program: Zoom and Guided Walk
Join Nashua River Watershed Association (NRWA) naturalists Stacey Chilcoat and Gaynor Bigelbach for an adventurous afternoon exploring the woodlands along the Nashua River for tracks and signs of our most beloved river animals. This two-part program includes:
- Friday, February 17th at 7:00 p.m.: an hour-long Zoom tracking skills preparation session
- Saturday, February 18th from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.: an outdoor exploration in the J. Harry Rich State Forest
This outdoor program, designed for adults and youth 12 years and up, will include off-trail hiking and targeted time to examine and discuss animal tracks and signs as a group. Program fees include $20/person for NRWA members and $25/person for non-members. Space is limited for a small group experience; registration required. Register online at www.NashuaRiverWatershed.org.
