In order to better meet the needs of customers whose employment has been affected by the coronavirus, DUA will be hosting daily town hall meetings where we will take our constituents through a step by step process of achieving a successful unemployment claim and taking questions from claimants across the Commonwealth. This town hall is offered both over the phone and online.
For those of you joining on the phone only, you can press *3 to ask us a question and a live person will put your question in the queue. To receive the call invitation you must sign up for a specific town hall time and date below. Online viewers will see a PowerPoint presentation with visuals to accompany the discussion. Please enroll by 5:30 the night before in order to receive a call.
For those of you following along online you don't have to sign up ahead of time, just click this link and the presentation will begin at the scheduled time. Online viewers can also ask a question through the chat function on your screen.
