Managing Caregiver Stress, Part 1: Group Relaxation

Caregiver stress is inevitable, but learning how to manage it can make a huge difference. In this workshop, attendees will learn exercises and tools to help relieve stress as well as participate in a group relaxation exercise. The workshop will be led by Amanda Ferguson, the owner of New You Hypnosis and Reiki, located in the Chelmsford Wellness Center. Ferguson is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners.
