As we deal with a New Reality that is constantly evolving with every minute of every hour of each day, maintaining focus can be challenging not knowing what is changing within the world of business or how long it will last. For many, survival is at the forefront of our minds. The stability and predictability of Business as Usual has vanished. And just as Hope is not a Strategy, nor is Panic. This session will focus on:
- Identifying what is in your control and what is not
- Focusing on what is needed immediately
- Brainstorming beyond survival to recovery

These webinars have been created to provide a community of support during these unprecedented times. The discussion and debate provide a platform for you and your organization to stay positive and energized through a guided facilitation and connection with others. In addition, a safe environment is created for participants to discuss challenges, share their knowledge and experience and explore solutions and opportunities with their peers.
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Group sizes will be limited in order to allow everyone the opportunity to participate in the discussions. Once you register, additional information will be provided. Confidentiality is required by all participants in order to create a safe environment for the free flow of discussion in sharing individual perspectives, experiences, successes and challenges.
