We are pleased to add more dates to our 2020 farm dinner schedule! Tickets are now on sale for dinners to be held on September 22nd and 23rd. Begin the evening with a cocktail reception on the deck at The Barn at Gibbet Hill, featuring small bites and farm inspired cocktails. Weather permitting, guests will be invited tour the farm with a member of the Gibbet Hill Farm crew. Back on the deck, a seated three-course dinner will follow. First and second course are paired with wines selected by Gibbet Hill co-owner and sommelier, Kate Webber. Our chef will start planning the menu just a day or so ahead of time, after determining which vegetables and fruits are ready for harvest. This dinner is an adventure and primarily showcases items freshly harvested from our farm. Tickets are $150 per person, sold in blocks of 4 or 6. The cost per person includes food & beverage, tax, and gratuity. PLEASE NOTE: to follow the current guidelines on outdoor and indoor dining, we will be placing dinner tables in a socially distant manner on the deck, and hosting the cocktail reception with assigned high-top tables for each group of 4 or 6. This event will be held rain or shine. Due to the nature of this type of menu planning, we may not have a finalized menu until the day of the dinner. We can accommodate allergies, but with the style of this dinner, we will not know the modifications in advance.
