Stroll throughout the Gibbet Hill farm property with local forager, David Craft, to learn about the various and interesting food at your feet. Later enjoy a thoughtfully prepared snack box of crudites, dips, and breads, which will include some of these delicious wild edibles, prepared by Gibbet Hill Grill's Chef Brendan Pelley.
The class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activites, but please bring gloves that is your preference for garden work.
