With something for everyone, the 2020 Cabin Fever Winter Festival will be fun forall ages:
Chili Challenge: Enjoy tasting the special chili recipes of local restaurants as they compete for the Chili Champ of 2020.
Pull a Person Sled Race: Pull your child, pull your friend, or pull your Grandmother over the finish line, to vie for the Sled Race Champion of the Year!
Touch a Fire Truck: Thanks to all three Fire Departments from Bolton, Lancaster and Stow, there will be three different types of fire vehicles available for kids to explore.
Decorate a Snowperson Contest:Use your creative talents to decorate a plywood snowperson prior to the event, bring it to the Festival for judging, and showcase it for the month of February on Bolton Town Common.
Games and Activities:All around Bolton Common, there will several activities to keep the kids entertained.
Meet Olaf:Have your kids - or yourself - pose for photos with one of the stars of "Frozen."
Raffle and Silent Auction:Bring a little extra money - and maybe your checkbook - because you're not going to want to miss out on these great items.
S'mores and Hot Chocolate:Fire pits around the pergola will be set up for toasting marshmallows - and all the fixings for a great s'more will be on hand. Hot chocolate will be available all day, too.
Music with the Best DJ Ever!:Joel Bates, principal of Sawyer School in Bolton, will keep the action going with music and updates on schedules and winners.
