New Members
Yoga helps to reduce the stress and the tension in our minds and bodies, enhancing in that way the ability to conceive. In addition to that, in this class we will use asanas, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation appropriate for every phase of the menstrual cycle. It will be also a chance to create an intimate community of emotional support through the journey of conception. Minimum of 3 participants to hold 90 minute workshop.
