EFT Tapping to Manage Emotional & Physical Impacts of Cancer
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an easy-to-learn mind/body skill that can be used to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and relieve emotional or physical pain. In this 6-week series for patients and caregivers, you will:
- Learn & practice palliative EFT techniques
- Apply EFT to manage common emotional impacts of cancer
- Utilize EFT to manage common mental/physical impacts of cancer
- Get the added benefit of tapping together as a group!
The first session is mandatory, most beneficial to attend all 6 sessions. This program will meet onsite at the Healing Garden.
