CFS is hiring production technicians who can help their work in fusion energy innovation. CFS is hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday third shifts and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 15% to 30% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company.
CFS is looking for technicians who:
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail
The specific pay differentials are:
- Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15%
- Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15%
- Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30%
