This one time workshop is designed to allow you to relax and restore both the body and mind. Slow paced, introspective yin poses will allow you to be still and calm your mind and body. All restorative poses will be done fully supported on the floor utilizing props to make the body comfortable. During this workshop, you will be able to fully release and sink into a space of calm. All levels are welcome!
