You are cordially invited to attend the fourth Mental Health Awareness conference on March 21st at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Center in Leominster. (see attachment)
The conference is co-hosted by Mount Wachusett Community College and the SHINE Initiative and features an outstanding lineup of speakers/panelists, highlighted by keynote speaker Paul Dalio, whose film “Touched with Fire” has drawn acclaim for its genuine depiction and insight to bipolar disorder.
Also speaking will be:
Dr. Judson Brewer, director of research at the UMass Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness;
Dr. Barrie Baker, Director of Tufts Health Public Plans Clinical Activities;
Senator Jennifer Flanagan, chair of the Joint Committee on Mental Health and Substance Use & Recovery.
The March 21st conference begins with continental breakfast and vendor fair at 8:00am, followed at 9:00am by speaker presentations, panel Q&A, luncheon and keynote address at 12:30pm.
