Where Hope Finds a Home: Veteran Pathways of New England Launches New Housing Campus in Leominster

New Members

Veteran Pathways of New England Inc. is proud to announce the opening of its new housing campus at 99 Church Street in Leominster, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s continued growth and commitment to serving Veterans across the region.

This new campus represents the culmination of extensive collaboration, dedication, and support from community partners, stakeholders, and advocates who share a deep commitment to the organization’s mission of empowering Veterans to achieve stability, independence, and housing.

The first residents will arrive through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Emergency Housing Assistance Program, connecting Veterans in urgent need with immediate housing and comprehensive support services. The Leominster campus is designed to meet Veterans where they are, offering individualized, wraparound services tailored to each person’s unique circumstances, goals, and path forward.

“Our work is rooted in understanding that every Veteran’s journey is different,” said Jason Gilbert, Chief Executive Officer of Veteran Pathways of New England. “This campus allows us to provide the kind of personalized support that helps Veterans regain stability and build toward long-term success.”

The organization’s experienced case management team will play a critical role in helping residents navigate challenges and access the resources they need. The addition of the 99 Church Street campus expands the organization’s capacity to serve more Veterans and provide a structured, supportive environment where they can rebuild and move forward.

“This is more than a building,” Gilbert added. “It’s a place where hope, dignity, and possibility come together.”

Reflecting on the deeper meaning behind the project, Gilbert shared:
“There was a time in my life when stability felt out of reach, and I didn’t know where the next step would come from. 99 Church Street is built for that exact moment—for the Veteran who just needs a chance to reset, to breathe, and to believe again. This one is personal for me.”

Veteran Pathways of New England remains committed to expanding access to housing and support services for Veterans throughout New England, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to find stability and a place to call home.
