Duval Sign Company is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our shop!
We’re a small, busy sign company looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building things, and learning new skills. The position will involve Sign Installation/ Surveys/ fabrication, large-format printing, vinyl graphics, and general shop work.
Some of the day-to-day work includes:
• Fabricating and assembling signs
• Cutting, drilling, and working with aluminum, ACM, acrylic, PVC, etc.
• Printing, laminating, trimming, and applying vinyl graphics
• Preparing signs and materials for installation
• Using hand and power tools
• Keeping the shop and materials organized
• Helping out wherever needed to keep projects moving
Sign experience is definitely a plus, but it’s not required for the right person.
We’re also interested in someone with experience in construction, fabrication, metalworking, automotive, printing, or another hands-on trade who is mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a small company where their work matters.
