Premier Home Services is an award-winning excavation and landscape construction company based in Acton, MA. We are hiring a landscape and construction laborer for the 2026 season

We are based in Acton, MA and work in the surrounding areas along 495 and route 2. Day-to-day job site will vary throughout the season. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Alcohol and drug free workplace, zero tolerance. 2A / 1C hoisting license and / or CDL preferred, but not required.
What we do:
Excavation, including land clearing, foundation excavation, utility trenching, rough and fine grading, site drainage, and septic systems.
-Landscape construction, including masonry, hard scaping, drainage, lawn installation, landscape lighting, and plantings.
What you will do/have:
-Work full-time or part-time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed.
-Working knowledge of hand tools and machinery used in excavation and landscape construction.
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to ask questions to gain understanding.
- Experience driving large trucks and trailers
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-General knowledge of jobsite safety procedures.
-Manual labor including digging, raking, and lifting.
-Be on your feet for most of the day including kneeling, crouching and stooping.
-Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
-Work outdoors in all weather conditions. If we only worked when it was 70 degrees and sunny, we wouldn’t work very much..
-Be coachable and willing to learn.
