This position will be based out of our Littleton Office.
Position Summary: The VP, Strategic Initiatives and Planning plays a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing our rolling six-quarter business plan, ensuring it aligns with our long-term objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll foster collaboration across departments and drive initiatives that promote growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the annual strategic plan, aligning key priorities with organizational goals.
- Work with executives to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and track progress towards measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the rolling six-quarter business plan, adapting to market trends and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and the Project Management Office to drive success and accountability.
- Report regularly to the executive team and board on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7-10 years in strategic planning, business development, or organizational effectiveness, ideally in financial services.
- Proven leadership in guiding complex initiatives and supporting executive teams.
- Expertise in OKR development, strategic execution, and change management.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
