Join Jurian Hughes, Kripalu yogi and actress, for a passionate and inspiring exploration into some of the core teachings of yoga and theatre – worlds that have a surprising amount in common. Learn the seven principles of the Yoga of Yes, which can be practiced daily – on and off the mat -- to access courage, calm and creativity in the face of fear and self-criticism. For those who long to reconnect to their authentic self, this workshop provides an opportunity to enhance listening skills, to let go of the thinking mind, and to trust the guidance of prana within. Lecture, discussion, and gentle movement, appropriate for everyone.

Jurian Hughes, E-RYT 500, MFA, is a 10-year faculty member at Kripalu Center -- the country’s largest yoga center, a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Let Your Yoga Dance� Trainer, co-founder of A Wild Life Sanctuary™, voice coach and theatre performer, known for her passionate, playful, and inspiring teaching style. A graduate of Williams College and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, with more than 50 professional theater credits on and off Broadway, Jurian leads workshops and trainings that cultivate courage, freedom and joy.
