Staying a BREAST of your Health with Physical Therapy!
Any type of treatment related to breast cancer, such as radiation, mastectomy, lumpectomy, or reconstruction can cause the soft tissues around the shoulder, chest, neck, and under arms to be affected. Tightness, stiffness, pain, and weakness may occur which can result in decreased mobility of your arm and loss of function.  We can help you with the following:

• Posture
• Upper body strength
• Shoulder, neck, and spine flexibility
• Soft tissue work for breast adhesions or scar adhesions
• Exercise programming for home or gym
