Quality System 2-Week Intensive Training Program
Quality Assurance and Quality Control are not just for Manufacturing. Students will be provided general knowledge on: regulated and international quality systems, continuous improvement techniques, and an understanding of the tools used to have a positive impact on the organizations bottom line.
When: November 3rd – November 14th
8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
4 hours /day, 4 days/week
Where: MWCC Devens Campus – 27 Jackson Road, Devens, MA
The quality professional takes measurements, analyzes the data and interprets the results. Measurements may be physical dimensions or the amount of time it takes for a customer service representative to answer the phone.
