Great class for intro to intermediate level of experience with gluten free cooking and baking. Recipe conversion worksheets, demonstrations, recipes, tastings and packet with great information for home use. Gluten free dinner available for purchase through the cafe at 5:30pm- pre register for the dinner when you call to register for the class.
